2016 Registration costs:

NZ $550 Full Registration

NZ $600 Full Registration - Standard

NZ $250 Single Day Registration

NZ $300 Student Registration - Earlybird

NZ $350 Student Registration - Standard

NZ $200 Student Registration - Single Day

The above fees included admission to all of the sessions, as well as morning and afternoon tea and all lunches over the four days of the conference.

This year we also once again have a number of social events and additional sessions for conference delegates. The Welcome Ceremony Luncheon is included in the registration fee for all participants, however partners and friends can also attend this lunch at a cost of NZ $65 per ticket. 

The Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga Dinner will once again be the main evening event at this years conference and the price per ticket for both registrants and partners/friends is $100.

Once registered, refunds are available if you need to cancel, however cancellations received before or on Friday 31 October will incur a $75 administration fee. No registration refunds can be made after this date. Send all cancellations to our Events team.

Abstracts

All submitted abstracts were reviewed and selected by the Conference Abstract Committee. Priority was given to quality abstracts that closely aligned to the themes of the conference. 

Note that acceptance of an abstract did not confer any monetary assistance to attend the conference, and all expenses, travel, accommodation and registration fees must be met by the individual.
